Onze recente enqu\u00eate neemt een kijkje in de hoofden van marketeers om te zien <strong>hoe ze omgaan met de onzekerheid op het werk<\/strong>, hoe hun stressniveau de afgelopen jaren is veranderd en hoe hoopvol ze blijven voor de toekomst van hun beroep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samen met het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketing.be\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Belgian Association of Marketing<\/a> moesten we naar voren treden. resultaten van ons onderzoek een minder dan ideaal beeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>E\u00e9n vijfde<\/strong> van de ondervraagde marketeers zei dat ze hun huidige stressniveau op <strong>8 op 10<\/strong> zouden beoordelen, terwijl een ander vijfde het op 7 zou schatten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-bottom is-layout-flow pandemie, toen 18,68% hun stressniveau op 5 op 10 plaatste.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020 overheersten twee zorgen bij marketeers: <strong>werkzekerheid<\/strong> (13,73%) en aanpak is het minst favoriete leren, waardoor marketeers risicoloos te werk gaan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uit onze enqu\u00eate blijkt dat de &#8220;test en leer&#8221; of &#8220;probeer en leer&#8221; aanpak in de werkomgeving het <strong>minst favoriete professionele leerproces is voor marketeers<\/strong>, wat er in wezen op wijst dat de crisis hen heeft gedwongen om ten koste van alles risico&#8217;s te vermijden.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"section-6384a2fc8d537\" class=\"gutenberg-block gutenberg--section\" style=\"background-image:url();\">\n        <div class=\"overlay\" style=\"background-color:\"><\/div> \n    <div class=\"gutenberg--section__wrapper wrapper\">\n        \n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:23px\">Wat het belangrijkst is in onzekerheid op het werk: Balans tussen werk en priv\u00e9 en zinvolle marketing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Gevraagd naar de grootste positieve veranderingen die de crisis in hun baan heeft gebracht, was de meerderheid van de respondenten (<strong>13,20%<\/strong>) het ermee eens dat <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sortlist.be\/nl\/l\/belgie-be\">marketing<\/a><\/strong> sinds 2020 <strong>zinvoller<\/strong> is <strong>geworden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De meeste mannelijke respondenten (<strong>14,75%<\/strong>) waren het met die conclusie eens; enthousiast<\/strong> over zijn in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Logisch, want volgens ons onderzoek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sortlist.nl\/datahub\/reports\/marketingstudie-rond-duurzame-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sustainability in Marketing<\/a> zullen de meeste bedrijven hun duurzame marketingbudget de komende jaren met 5 of 10% verhogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div (22,04%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op de vraag wat de marketingafdelingen van de respondenten deden om de stijgende kosten het hoofd te bieden, <strong>stelde slechts 10% ontslagen voor marketingprofessionals de <strong>afgelopen drie jaar slechts stabiel is gebleven<\/strong>. Dit is vooral te wijten aan hun bezorgdheid over de toenemende hoeveelheid werk, die in feite leidt tot <strong>het nemen van minder risico&#8217;s<\/strong> in een sector die bekend staat om het nemen van risico&#8217;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hebben echter ook gezien hoe ze <strong>hoop houden op de zekerheid van hun baan in de sector<\/strong>, en er zelfs naar uitkijken om er minstens 5 jaar te blijven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij Sortlist houden we nauwlettend in de gaten hoe de sector zichzelf transformeert in het kielzog van nieuwe veranderingen zoals digitalisering en het alom tegenwoordige werken op afstand.
