Beschrijving Tirana-based cloud consultancy delivering hands-on AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and security engineering. Our engineers are AWS Solutions Architect, Azure and CNCF Kubernetes certified, and they have the flexibility to work directly. What we do: Cloud migration and infrastructure modernization. Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CI/CD and release engineering. Kubernetes builds, monitoring and day-2 operations. Security engineering, hardening and compliance readiness including NIS2 and ISO 27001. Disaster recovery design and automation. How we work: Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope assessment: workload inventory, dependency mapping, architecture review, cost modeling and a phased migration roadmap. You get a written assessment and roadmap before any production changes or larger commitment. Delivery then runs in defined phases, built as reusable Infrastructure as Code so it stays reproducible after we leave. All work happens inside your own cloud environment, in your chosen region. We never copy or replicate client data into our infrastructure. Access is scoped to named engineers and revoked at close. What to expect: Senior engineers on the actual work. Fixed scope before commitment. Everything delivered as documented, reproducible code. Rates typically 40 to 50 percent below UK and DACH consultancies for the same certified skill set. CET hours, English delivery. Recent work: Automated disaster recovery for a production Azure Databricks environment, built as a reusable Terraform module. Recovery time cut from days to under an hour. Phased cloud migration for a retail bank, five applications including the digital banking platform, from assessment through staged cutover to live.
