Divine Solutions is een software- en AI-studio uit Svetvinčenat in centraal Istrië, Kroatië. Sinds 2025 ontwerpen en bouwen we software waar bedrijven elke werkdag op vertrouwen: maatwerkbedrijfsapplicaties, web- en mobiele apps, webshops gekoppeld aan een ERP-systeem en AI-agents die repetitief werk van medewerkers overnemen. De meeste bedrijven die we ontmoeten beschikken al over de gegevens die ze nodig hebben. Die staan in een ERP-systeem, CRM, mailbox of een verzameling spreadsheets. Ons gebruikelijke project voegt daar een AI-laag aan toe: een assistent die in gewone taal vragen over voorraad, bestellingen of facturen beantwoordt, een rapport dat elke ochtend klaarstaat, of een agent die binnenkomende verzoeken sorteert en antwoorden opstelt. We koppelen aan de systemen die een bedrijf al gebruikt, in plaats van te vragen die te vervangen. Voor klantenservice bouwen we chatbots en spraakagents. Een spraakagent neemt de telefoon op, begrijpt de beller en antwoordt in diens taal, of dat nu Kroatisch, Engels of vrijwel elke andere taal is. Vervolgens maakt de agent een afspraak of verbindt hij de beller door met een medewerker, inclusief een korte samenvatting. Naast opdrachten voor klanten ontwikkelen en beheren we drie eigen producten: CallVista, een AI-spraakagent voor callcenters; AdReady, een platform dat merkrichtlijnen omzet in bannervarianten en deze van goedkeuring tot publicatie begeleidt; en Business Booster, dat communicatie, taken, ERP-gegevens en analyses op één plek samenbrengt. Zo werken we: het eerste gesprek is gratis. We bekijken eerst het proces en de gegevens, spreken de scope en een indicatieve prijs af, en een eerste werkende versie is meestal binnen vier tot acht weken klaar. De applicaties die we bouwen en onderhouden draaien op servers in de Europese Unie. Vereisten uit de AVG en de EU AI Act maken vanaf dag één deel uit van het plan. We werken op afstand met klanten in Kroatië, Slovenië, Servië en Bosnië en Herzegovina, in het Kroatisch, Engels, Servisch en Sloveens.
