Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?As a small D2C brand, we were spending too much time on repetitive manual work — order follow-ups, customer query responses, and inventory-related updates — which left little bandwidth for actually growing the business. We brought in SageTideLabs to help us identify where AI tools could realistically save time and reduce errors, and to build/integrate automation into our existing workflow (customer support and order management) without disrupting how our small team already worked.
