Our CRO process starts with data -- heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and GSC signals -- before touching a single element. We focus on collection pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout flows, the four places where DTC revenue is won or lost. Work is delivered as prioritized audits with implementation included, not just a slide deck of recommendations.
