TH-EY provided web development services for a B2B SaaS company. The team was hired to create a web application to help with the client's office employee management. TH-EY was able to provide all the features required for the output that the client wanted. The communication was made through Slack, Jira, Miro. The team was very easy to work with, quick, and efficient. How did you select TH-EY and what were the deciding factors? Good value, good response, very practical and very keen to please. Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. When we come to TH-EY we had initial drafts of the design and how the application should work. They provided us the initial estimation and scope of work that needs to be done. As soon as we agreed and signed the contract, they start the work. First they provided designs and then start coding. The whole project was put into Jira and split into the tasks. After about a week we had access to the platform and were able to test the features they develop step by step. The technologies used: Java with Spring framework, React, MySQL Everything deployed to AWS cloud How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? We’ve been communicating with both company founders who manage the project. There was 3 additional developers involved in the development. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? At the moment we are before the official launch, but they provided us the platform that we needed. All the features that we required in the initial estimation were developed plus a couple of extra ones taken from our feedback. Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines. We’ve been communicating mostly with one of the founders for the project management. Most of the communication were through the Slack channel, and Jira. But we also use email and Miro. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? Very easy to get on with, quick, efficient, well priced, helpful, willing.... the list goes on Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? Although the designer was good there is room for improvement there, the designs could have been a little more imaginative.
