TWGroup is a software and AI factory for critical systems, based in Viña del Mar, Chile, with 13+ years of experience. We design, build and scale custom software for mid-size and large companies in energy, mining, healthcare and logistics: web applications, management platforms and system integrations. We connect ERPs, CRMs and logistics systems (SAP, Softland, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) through APIs or middleware so data flows without manual re-entry. We work in four stages (discovery, design and architecture, iterative development, launch and support), deliver incrementally with SCRUM and frequent demos, and keep monitoring and evolving the product after launch, on AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft cloud architectures.

We design and integrate AI for specific operational tasks. Before building, we agree on the process to improve, the available data, the success metric and the pilot scope. We prototype quickly, integrate AI into the client's systems and workflows, and measure it with real data under human supervision and traceability. Examples: an intelligent technical-datasheet comparator with automated quoting, and a chatbot that answers with approved information and hands off to a person.

We diagnose processes, culture and technology stack, build a roadmap prioritised by business impact, co-design and implement at least one working digital solution (not just a slide deck) with SCRUM and Lean, and install internal continuous-improvement capabilities. Led by Karina Durney, TWGroup's founder and CEO, MIT-certified in digital transformation.
