I expected clear communication, timely delivery, and reliable support throughout the process. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet these expectations.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?Initially, I appreciated their quick responses and the way they presented their services during the early discussions. The onboarding process seemed smooth at first, and they appeared confident and promising about delivering the project.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?As a client, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They take full payment upfront but fail to deliver quality work. Once the payment is made, they stop responding properly, ignore messages, and avoid calls. There is no professionalism, accountability, or respect for clients’ time and money. The service is unreliable and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for serious and honest work.
