Yurtal is een softwareontwikkelingsbedrijf gevestigd in Tasjkent, Oezbekistan. Wij helpen groeiende bedrijven om gefragmenteerde, handmatige processen te vervangen door één digitaal systeem — en bouwen vervolgens de AI-laag erbovenop. Opgericht in 2025, met meer dan 20 projecten geleverd sinds de lancering. Wij leveren op maat gemaakte ERP- en CRM-platforms, business intelligence dashboards, mobiele applicaties voor klanten en buitendienstmedewerkers, en de integraties die deze verbinden: betaalgateways, biometrische hardware, berichtenplatforms en overheids-e-diensten. Op die basis bouwen we toegepaste AI — documentverwerking, agentieve automatisering van repetitief backoffice-werk, en assistenten die geworteld zijn in de eigen data van de klant. Onze diepste domeinexpertise ligt in educatieve technologie: we hebben een compleet beheerplatform ontworpen, gebouwd en blijven exploiteren voor een netwerk van particuliere leercentra, dat inschrijvingen, lesplanning, het volgen van collegegeld en termijnbetalingen, gezichtsherkenning-aanwezigheidsregistratie geïntegreerd met Hikvision-hardware, online betalingsincasso en meertalige applicaties voor studenten en ouders omvat — al meer dan acht maanden in dagelijks productiegebruik. We leveren ook in distributie en groothandel, productie, detailhandel, bouw en logistiek. Elke opdracht doorloopt een gedefinieerde levenscyclus met expliciete poorten: ontdekking en vaste raming, architectuur, sprintlevering met demo's, UAT, lancering en ondersteuning. Scope die na goedkeuring wordt toegevoegd, wordt geprijsd en schriftelijk overeengekomen, zodat leverdatums worden gehaald. Recent work includes multilingual student and parent apps for a learning-centre platform: class schedules, attendance history, tuition balances and online payment, with push notifications to parents when a child checks in. We build custom operational systems for companies whose processes still live in spreadsheets and chat groups: ERP and CRM platforms, internal admin tools, BI dashboards, and the integrations that hold them together — payment gateways, biometric hardware, messaging platforms and government e-services. How we work: discovery and fixed estimate, architecture, sprint delivery with demos every two weeks, UAT, launch and support. Scope added after sign-off is priced and agreed in writing, so deadlines hold. We build AI that removes measurable manual work, on top of systems we understand end to end. Typical engagements: agentic automation over an existing CRM — agents that read incoming conversations, extract and update structured records, and route only what genuinely needs a person; document processing that turns invoices, contracts and forms into structured data; and assistants grounded in the client's own documents rather than general web knowledge. We ship LLM systems with cost governance built in: per-agent budget ceilings, usage logging and model selection tuned to the task, because uncontrolled model spend is the most common way these projects fail after launch. We are candid about where AI does not pay for itself — if a rules-based automation solves the problem for a tenth of the cost, we will say so.
