Background research and strategy. Whether the web project includes researching your competitors; or developing different approaches to the project

Organization. What content needs to be included and how to get it.

Design options and review meeting. There's more to this including the availability of the logo and the brand color codes. Two designs will be done and presented to the client
then they will advise on which one to go for and the improvements to be done. The required content write-up, videos and images should be discussed about and their availability.
