Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?This took a huge weight off of my shoulders as I am a small business owner.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?There were technical issues and a lack of response from feedback provided to the team. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and arrogant.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?They were supposed to manage my social media static posts for LinkedIN and Instagram

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THEY WERE COMPLETELY HORRIBLE AT EVERYTHING!

Zijn er verbeterpunten?HORRIBLE SERVICE; DO NOT SIGN UP. We went through multiple rounds of revisions, one worse than the other, while ignoring all the feedback. The graphics that they made feel like they were mocking me with how ridiculous the technical error were. And I'm not even talking about how they butchered my brand voice and style. It was 149 $ down the drain because i couldn't use anything that they came up with!
