OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE What specific goals or objectives did you hire InterTeam to accomplish? - Increase overall traffic to the website - Increase the engagement with our articles - Grow the following on our Reddit Blog SOLUTION How did you find InterTeam? - Online Search - Clutch Site Why did you select InterTeam over others? - High ratings - Close to my geographic location - Company values aligned - Knowledgeable How many teammates from InterTeam were assigned to this project? - 2-5 Employees Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables. - They fully took over our Google Ads campaigns, started with an audit, identified many areas for focus and optimization and created a strategy based on it. It was launched and implemented within a 2 weeks. InterTeam then implemented the same audit, strategy and execution for our Reddit Ads account. Once implemented, they've performed daily optimizations and consistent ongoing reporting. Leading to consistent growth. RESULTS & FEEDBACK What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? - During their audit they were able to identify that a significant portion of our traffic came from bot or questionable clicks. As a result, they scrapped all of the settings bringing in low quality traffic for cheap clicks. The results have been a pronounced increase in engaged sessions. - Average time on page increased 37% - Engaged sessions increased 35% - 16% increase in Reddit followers We worried that this might lead to a decrease in overall traffic, because those bot clicks were quite cheap, but we've actually seen a 5% increase in total site traffic on top of the improvements in engagement. How did they respond to your needs? - In terms of communication, they're available during working hours on Slack and offer candid mid and end of month reporting. Deliverables are executed on time and they're not afraid to go out of scope if it's in our best interest. They're also very open to feedback openly requesting it on client calls. What was your primary form of communication with InterTeam? - Virtual Meeting - Email or Messaging App What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? - The transparency and commitment to their work are impressive. We had a slow start, but they took ownership, extended our invoice, shifted to a new strategy, and doubled our clicks in one month. It was wild! Another thing is that Cole is the real deal: very knowledgeable, detail oriented and doesn't just spend your money on ads mindlessly. He's extremely strategic and tries to get us the best value for every dollar. We're constantly impressed by his steadfast commitment to conversions that have real impact. The team's integrity stands out immensely. Are there any areas for improvement or something InterTeam could have done differently? - Nothing comes to mind. We've been very happy working together.

Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? - Initially, we dealt primarily with Cole, and then he would bring in other people as needed. Cole was always copied on communication or part of a slack channel, so we felt we had direct access if needed. Communication has always been great in timing and quality. What was your primary form of communication with InterTeam Marketing Inc? - Virtual Meeting, Email or Messaging App What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? - Their tenacity to focus on the real issues and find solutions vs. being fine with mediocre results. Many companies we've worked with in the past couldn't deliver. This engagement was no different and we expected them to not succeed at first but knew they'd keep pushing until they did.

Please include a summary of key deliverables. - I hired InterTeam to expand our paid search and social channels. We had three months to increase our spend, optimize our conversion, and see what happens. It was essentially an experiment in paid. Their care in building out our system for tracking conversions through the funnel went far and beyond what I have expected. They took care to understand our market, confirm messaging and they shared their expertise in a way that helped us collaborate very, very quickly and effectively. - We were ROI positive in less than a month in the very first month that we deployed. I felt like our iterations were brisk and efficient. They certainly listened to all of my needs, but also brought their expertise to bear to advise me on how to better manage this goal. InterTeam took time to really understand what my customers are trying to solve when they discover our solutions. Are there any areas for improvement or something InterTeam could have done differently? - The InterTeam did a great job of managing the messy reality of integrating AdTech platforms and our funky CRM. I don't think they could've done anything better given the current and evolving state of AdTech. Integration is messy, and I'm not sure there is a fix for that.
