Considered is een wereldwijd hospitality brandingbureau dat werkt met hotels, restaurants, privékamers en lifestylebestemmingen. Opgericht in 1999, heeft het bureau geopereerd als IdeaWork Studios, Once Upon a Time Hospitality en nu The Considered Agency. Oprichter Jay Schwartz heeft elk project onder alle drie de namen geleid. Hospitality is de enige categorie die we bedienen. Het team werkt aan merkstrategie, naamgeving, identiteit, content en digitaal ervaringsontwerp, gebouwd rond de volledige gastreis, van de persoonlijkheid van de plek tot de boekingsstroom tot de tekst op de sleutelkaarthoes. Senior talent leidt elke opdracht. Geen junior overdrachten, geen bureaucratie van het bureau. The work starts before any design begins: defining what a property is, who it's for, and why that matters more than what the competition down the road is doing. Positioning and voice are built to hold up across every guest touchpoint, from the front desk to the follow-up email. Every engagement is led by founders Taylor Cinalli and Jay Schwartz, hospitality's only category, no exceptions, since 1999.
