We wanted to build direct brand recognition with end consumers in both markets — particularly among the professional lash artist community and beauty enthusiasts on TikTok and Instagram. Our goal was to generate organic interest in our products rather than remaining entirely dependent on traditional distribution channels.

The KOCs they connected us with were all lash artists or makeup artists with highly engaged professional communities, which generated significant credibility for our brand in the eyes of consumers. This was the kind of marketing we knew we needed to do but didn't know how to execute — Paraluman made it happen for us.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?Adding a real-time campaign performance tracking and reporting package would allow us to adjust budget allocation and content direction faster during active campaigns rather than waiting for post-campaign analysis.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?Kimmi Lashes has been exporting lash products to Australia, Japan, the US, Germany, and many other countries for years. However, the majority of our revenue came from B2B wholesale to salons and distributors. We wanted to push the First Eyelash brand directly to end consumers in our key export markets — particularly Australia and the US where the beauty creator community on social media is extremely active.

Their KOC strategy focused on connecting us with lash technicians, nail artists, and beauty creators with genuinely engaged communities rather than simply chasing follower counts. The content produced by the KOCs felt natural and professional, authentically showcasing the quality of First Eyelash products.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?We hope Paraluman can expand their KOC network in the Japanese market, as this is also a key market for us but has very different characteristics compared to the US and Australia, requiring creators with deep cultural understanding of Japanese beauty trends.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?Trân Châu is an experienced pepper exporter, but like many businesses in our industry, we had been selling primarily at market price without a distinct brand that international consumers could recognize. We wanted Paraluman to help us build a strategy that would allow Trân Châu pepper to stand on the shelves of premium international retailers as a product with genuine value and a compelling story.
