Tapptitude has worked on a number of projects for FlyCleaners through our 3 years of partnering on work. We first encountered Tapptitude via an RFP process during which they proved to be the most responsive and cost-effective choice for our customer-facing app project. The team worked great with our in-house team to move the project through iterations that slowly brought the app together towards a successful launch. The app quality has been excellent, and we have continued since to engage with Tapptitude for all of our iterations and maintenance work since. Because of their flexible and engaged attitude when working with us, we expanded our work to include a number of internally-facing projects as well. As always, the planning is excellent, with very reasonable and fairly accurate time and cost estimates. The work in the end has always been excellent and we consider Tapptitude a large part of making our efforts successful. I highly recommend Tapptitude every opportunity I get. They're one of the best I've ever worked with and I enjoy interacting with the team there.

VaranIDEA has developed an application called KALiiN. We are an idea-conversion factory, finding ideas and bringing them to life. We had a complex concept to tackle. Our application has 5 components, which made it hard for most companies to tackle. Since every partner we approached in the US was outsourcing the work, we decided to outsource. After a rigorous evaluation process, Tapptitude was awarded our primary iOS and Android application build. Our app is a deep machine-learning system with several moving parts. Tapptitude has done a tremendous job regarding UI/UX [user interface/user experience], as well as the complex backend elements. We have patents pending on this technology and it is not simple. The concept was our own, and we had some wireframes laid-out. We visited Tapptitude's team, presenting a detailed plan around what we needed to do. We reached a conclusion around how the work would be done, put milestones in place, and started hacking away at the project in an Agile fashion. I searched around the world, settled on 5 companies in Romania, narrowed it down to 2, and started a partnership arrangement with Tapptitude. I found that they brought the best of Western culture and European creativeness, with a very good value segment. The team needed to understand some very specific and difficult technical issues. I had 4 interview questions, and Tapptitude passed all 4, providing good feedback around them and delivering a comprehensive suite of services necessary for delivering our app. They have brought real value to the development of the application and can handle complex work. The cost of Tapptitude's work has been above $300,000. Our first contact with Tapptitude was in July 2015. We started working with them in October 2016. We have since released and improved our product. We have gone from Rls 1.5.1 - GA in app stores to now releasing 2.6.4. We do a release every four to six weeks. This is an on going effort and relationship. We use Aha.io for our Product Management tool and have builds out to 4.2.x on the board. We wanted a real partner and team member! Tapptitude has done some wonderful work, which is visible in our apps. Tapptitude could figure out creative solutions involving complex math. They are true partners and trustworthy. They are part of our team...NOT just contractors!!! Product management was our biggest challenge, because of the time difference and language barrier. By meeting Tapptitude's team and giving them some guidance, we obtained a good cadence. I would estimate that Tapptitude has reached the 90% mark, relative to established US product management standards. There are some things we'd still like them to do differently, but we're quite strict in this regard. I'm overall pleased with Tapptitude's approach! They do a good job documenting and pushing code daily to our GitHub repositories.
