The world is becoming more virtual every day, and so is communication. But people aren’t virtual. They are real, and they need real contact.

Mission

Your brand is the perception of the company in the eyes of the world. To stand out from the competition you need a strong brand identity and a sticky story. We create these through an inspiring workshop and map together who we are, where we believe in, where we stand for, how to we act and what’s our added value to the live of real people. We bring them alive in a collection of unique and recognisable brand assets. With these modular building blocks we can start constructing our new brand world. A flexible way of working that will contribute to more sales, fans and relevant branded content on every step of the customer journey.

We believe in communication that doesn’t feel like advertising. We create ideas that don’t need to be advertised. Ideas with impact and talk value.

Social media

Social media platforms compete for our attention, but consumers are impatient, pampered and scroll through their timeline at full speed. That’s why you have to think like JF Kennedy and “ ask not what your customers can do for you, ask what you can do for your customers”. Making contact is not just a one-sided affair. It’s about really connecting. It is speaking and listening. From the heart of your organisation to the heart of the audience. Make real contact and things start to change. We like to make ‘real contact’ by matching elements of your brand story to the different needs of your audience. Add value to the lives off people can as simple as giving them a handy tip, an interesting read or a smile (or tear) on their face. But I can also be a start of a new movement to create a better world. Social media is too important to delegate to a junior or intern. It is part of your marketing strategy. It starts with a social strategy.
