We’re on a mission to create more personal communication that makes real contact. We want to achieve this by getting to know you and the people you want to reach out to. What is your true story? What really drives your audience? We aim to find out.

Approach

That’s why you have to think like JF Kennedy and “ ask not what your customers can do for you, ask what you can do for your customers”. Making contact is not just a one-sided affair. It’s about really connecting. It is speaking and listening. From the heart of your organisation to the heart of the audience. Make real contact and things start to change. We like to make ‘real contact’ by matching elements of your brand story to the different needs of your audience. Add value to the lives off people can as simple as giving them a handy tip, an interesting read or a smile (or tear) on their face. But I can also be a start of a new movement to create a better world. Social media is too important to delegate to a junior or intern. It is part of your marketing strategy. It starts with a social strategy.
