Before design We are dedicated, energetic, dynamic and a united team, who specialize in interior and architectural design of residential, corporate spaces, office space, hotel, restaurant, hospital, club, gaming zone, coffee shop, retails, showroom, beauty parlor, etc. With our experience in space planning and passion of creativity, we use some basic elements in design: i. Environment (sunlight, shadow, air, ventilation, etc.) ii. Architectural basic elements (line, plane, square, rectangle, etc.) iii. Latest materials in market (ACP, perforated aluminum panel, PVC wooden floor, hollow bricks, etc.) iv. Engineering Solutions (Electrical, structural, mechanical, etc.) v. Dream of our customers     Philosophy:   We make our customers dream into reality in design and ensure our quality in design and construction. As a result, we achieve our customer’s satisfaction and trustiness. So, high percentage of our business is from repeated customers and referrals. We are committed to service you in a high professional way and create a long term relationship.     Approach and Process:   Before designing of spaces, we come close to the users of the space to understand their need and activities. After survey of the basic need of functions, we use our design elements (Environment, architectural basic elements, latest materials, engineering solutions and dream of customers) and create a unique design.   We follow the following process: i. 1st meeting (Present our previous works, verbal concept sharing, analyzing customers thought and need) ii. Site visit (site photography, understanding the site’s environmental effect and survey the layout or outline) iii. Agreement of Design Consultancy iv. Design Proposal v. Design Approval vi. Planning phase vii. 3 Dimensional rendering views viii. Approval of final design ix. Quotation and total cost estimation x. Agreement of construction work xi. Construction of the design xii.
