What was the objective behind your collaboration?We partnered with D-DOUBLEU MEDIA to help us more effectively acquire new customers through digital marketing, plus to bring customers back more frequently through email marketing efforts.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The team at DDU is very thoughtful, thorough, and has great communication. I know they are always working hard to improve results and are never complacent even as we continue to see improvement. This is such a key attribute in an agency since others often feel the job is done once they start to see good results, but DDU realizes there is always room for improving metrics like CAC through incremental testing, and they always work hard to get there.
