Notre modèle est fondé sur des managers "propriétaires" de leur entreprise, ce qui nous donne la possibilité d’agir efficacement dans les 30 agences de communication qui composent le Groupe Serviceplan à travers le monde. Dans un marché en perpétuelle évolution, cette culture est la clé de notre réussite. Être une agence conseil en communication non-côtée en bourse c’est aussi pouvoir se concentrer uniquement à long terme sur la satisfaction de nos clients. Le séisme de la révolution numérique a laissé un paysage médiatique fragmenté où chaque média est sommé de se réinventer ! Aujourd’hui, la publicité a le devoir de repenser son expertise afin d’exploiter au maximum la complémentarité des nouveaux supports et d’offrir aux marques des idées neuves toujours plus efficaces. Notre modèle d’agence conseil s’est construit autour de ce constat, c’est pourquoi notre travail s’appuie sur différentes structures du groupe intégrées au sein d’une « Maison de la Communication » : un lieu de créations et d’intéractions, où cohabitent, sous un même toit, 40 domaines d’expertises. Ainsi, en fonction de la demande de nos clients, nous construisons des équipes interdisciplinaires capables de mêler publicité, design, stratégies de communication online et offline, planning stratégique international, communication corporate, gestion de marque (création, naming, plateforme de marque), CRM, évènements, médias, promotions des ventes, relations publiques, community management, webdesign, ou encore marketing opérationnel… Innovation. Dans un monde en mutation permanente, s’adapter est nécessaire pour survivre mais innover est essentiel pour conquérir et conserver le leadership. Pour nous, une création est réussie dès lors qu’elle met en lumière le pouvoir d’innovation de notre client. Pour mener à bien cette mission, chaque conception doit intégrer 3 éléments clés : la créativité, un mix-média complet et une technologie de pointe. Ce processus nous a permis de recevoir de prestigieux prix publicitaires. Chez Serviceplan nous pensons que c’est par l’innovation que nous pouvons faire de chaque changement une opportunité.
